I am new to Circut and your website has helped so much! I do have a question, when I am importing the valentines Starbucks cup layout…… if I don’t select cut and print the words disappear. Do you know maybe what I’m not doing right?
That only happens with the older designs on the website because they are .png files. Everything from the last 6ish months is in .svg format and you won’t have that issue!
